Eligibility for Refund
- Service Fees: We will only refund the fees paid for our services. All expenses related to domains, hosting, and third-party services are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.
- Refund Request: To be eligible for a refund, a formal request must be made within 30 days of the service completion date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Evaluation: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will evaluate the circumstances and reasons for the request. We may ask for additional information or clarification to process your request.
- Partial Refunds: If the service provided has been partially completed or delivered, Geekify Tech may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund based on the proportion of the work completed.
- Service Termination: If a service is terminated by the client before its completion, Geekify Tech reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the work completed up to the termination date.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain and Hosting Costs: All expenses incurred for domain registrations, renewals, hosting, and related third-party services are non-refundable. These costs are borne by the client and are excluded from any refund amount.
- Third-Party Services: Any fees paid for third-party services, tools, or software purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
Process for Refund
- Submission: Submit your refund request to our customer service team via email at info@geekifytech.com with detailed reasons for the request and any supporting documentation.
- Review: Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days from the approval date.
- Denial: If your refund request is denied, we will provide you with a detailed explanation.
